At the beginning of 2016, as far as I know, Elliot Equipment Corporation exited the traffic industry and sold their line of Barlo strobe signals to Marlin Controls. They kept the product name and are now the sole manufacturer of Barlo strobes -- other than that, all of the traffic products they sell are distributed from other companies, like they previously did with EEC.
