At the beginning of 2016, as far as I know, Elliot Equipment Corporation exited the traffic industry and sold their line of Barlo strobe signals to Marlin Controls, who kept the product name and is now the sole manufacturer of Barlo signals -- other than that, all of the traffic products they sell are distributed from other companies, which is how they formerly sold Barlo strobes.
