3M
Some really random text about 3M's traffic division here. (Also, be sure to reference that they made a bi-modal, time-programmable sign, too!)
This page is a work in progress!

Vehicle Signal to Pedestrian Signal
These attachments to enlarge the display of a typical 8 inch vehicle signal to that of a 12 inch pedestrian signal.
These were intended to be installed on round-lens WAIT-WALK pedestrian signals (which used the same housing as vehicle signals).
SA-812DW
SA-810W
This enlarger attaches to an 8" on the WALK section of a round-lens pedestrian signal below the SA-812DW adaptor.
The enlarger's lens is only 8"x12", but it fits the same size WALK legend as a typical 12" pedestrian signal. Since it can remain 8 inches in height and still show a 12" indication, it only expands to the sides; but it is also goes downward from the door attachment to the lens.
The reason for the size and position shift those is that the SA-812DW is a full 12"x12" and it needs more room.
Pedestrian Signal to Pedestrian Signal
These are attachments to enlarge the display of a typical 9 inch pedestrian signal to that of a 12 inch pedestrian signal.
